The rules for using TrainFurther.

TrainFurther is provided by Alexander Müller, Eimsbütteler Straße 87a, 22769 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: hello@trainfurther.com. The service supports training planning, analysis and the interpretation of progress and recovery. Available features continue to develop and also depend on connected data sources.
The current test service is exclusively for personally invited individuals aged 18 or over. Open registration is not offered. Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Your access is personal and must not be shared or made available to others. Connect only provider accounts you own or are lawfully authorised to use.
You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You grant TrainFurther only the permissions necessary to provide the features you use, such as storing and analysing data and processing them for a requested coach reply. No broader ownership rights are transferred. Export, deletion and other privacy rights remain unaffected. Personal data are processed as described in the privacy notice; these terms do not replace any required consent.
Guidance, plans, analyses and AI replies support sport and training. They may be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace medical, therapeutic or other professional advice. TrainFurther does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment and does not guarantee training success or achievement of a goal. Assess suggestions against your circumstances and seek professional advice if you have symptoms, existing conditions or concerns.
The initial training plan and direct one-off changes follow their respective confirmation flow. If the rolling training plan is enabled, TrainFurther can continue the confirmed plan automatically within defined plan zones and adjust existing sessions. You can disable the rolling plan in settings.
Unlawful content, infringement of others’ rights, attacks on the service, circumvention of access restrictions and abusive use are prohibited. Report security issues to hello@trainfurther.com. Actions legally permitted for examination, testing or interoperability remain allowed; these terms do not impose a blanket reverse-engineering ban.
For substantiated abuse, significant security risks or prohibited account sharing, we may proportionately restrict or suspend access. We consider the severity and duration of the incident and less restrictive measures, such as a warning or temporary restriction. Unless security needs or legal obligations prevent it, we explain the reason and allow clarification. Permanent suspension is not arbitrary.
We work towards reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, particularly during testing and where third-party services are involved. Features and data sources may be developed, changed or discontinued for objective reasons, giving appropriate consideration to your interests.
We will give timely, understandable notice of material changes to these terms through the app or email. Where legally required, we will obtain your agreement. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; merely publishing revised terms does not replace required agreement.
TrainFurther has unlimited liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise statutory rules apply; for slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
You may stop using the service at any time, export your data and request account deletion in account settings or at hello@trainfurther.com. See data deletion for affected data, external accounts and statutory exceptions.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections at a consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. Further contact information is in the imprint.
The current closed test is free of charge. TrainFurther currently offers no paid checkout, paid subscription or hidden fees, so there is no separate refund process at this stage.
Before any paid order or subscription is offered, the total price, term, cancellation conditions, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and any refund rules will be presented clearly before a payment obligation is created. A payment flow must not be enabled until those disclosures and the checkout have been reviewed legally and technically.
